The main grills power is 40,000 BTU’s (British Thermal Unit) for the main burner and 15,000 BTU’s for rear rotisserie burner and kit that have heavy duty cast iron cooking grids. Signet 90 features sainless Broil King’s flav-r-wave system that have 3 stainless steel dual tube burners and heat partitions for flav-r-zone. We were thrilled to try Broil King Signet 90 but when we started with the assembly we weren’t satisfied with that part. The instructions for the assembly are really bad in our opinion. You can manage but it will take you long time (in our case around 3 hours). Besides that when we saw the build quality and design we decide to forget about assembling. Grill is massive, sturdy, and it looks great. For heating up you will see that this grill has superb performance cause when you fire up those 3 tube burners you will wee what it can do. In matter of time the heat went to 700 degrees and above. That is not good for cooking but we were impressed. The controls worked really good and operate without any problems, Signet 90 is really easy to use.

The stainless steel burner for rotisserie is great we can imagine how many chickens we can grill on this one. For test we used some chicken breasts, and some mixed meat. Results were awesome gill spread heat evenly and the meat had great full taste and all the juices were intact. Aluminum cast cooking box did a great too while we waited to grill all meat. It preserved heat perfectly. We didn’t tested side burner but you will have enough of BTU for some good cooking sessions. So we advice you to clean your patio and prepare around 650 square inches for this beauty. You will have tough time with assembly but other that that you will enjoy this gas grill for years.
